@ming90210 thank you for the motivation❤️ I try 2 years ago but the trainer always show no interest in my progress she never give me a meal plan and I lost all my motivation and I give up😳 this time I'll try to do it my self, watching YouTube 😊 I was fit in the past I was always fit, but I don't know when that change😢 I'm ready to have the control again👍😁

@cuteamore yes honestly u do not need a trainer with internet 😁 do you have any head to toe photos posted and i perhaps i can help 💛 honestly i love working out , well i only train legs lol lol but i absolutely love it , like i never want to have that sinking feeling when another women enters into a room and she decided that SHE WILL HAVE THE BODY OF HER DREAMS WHATEVER THAT IS, that exudes that confidence from her self fulling goals. @ming90210 I love to watch Ana Mojica in YouTube she and Naty Arcila 👍 I don't have full body pictures since 3 years ago when I noticed my fat body I just hate to see my unshape "figure" but I have to be realistic and brave to confront my self. 😳😁 I give up my membership 😳 I guess I always had a excuse to don't go to the gym so I was losing money and gaining more fat😳 this time I'll used the gym is in the same building apts where I live and is for 🆓😁 I have no more excuses 😁😊

@cuteamore Oh that is wonderful!! Sleep is so important🤗 Bijoux and I are doing fine. The weather has been strange. It rains 1 day then sunny the next! We are not used to extreme weather. We've been in a drought for many years and now we're not!! It is amazing. I miss my daughter. She's at school in Arizona. I try to keep busy😊

@bijoux888 We are in NOVA and the weather it's really worries me, this winter it's so warm the trees are my biggest concern they are already blooming 🌳and for today we'll probably have snow, the birds and squirrels are super happy "apparently" but if we have snow they will probably be so confused, I'm super worrie and I can't do anything for them 🙀 I just go sometimes to the park to offer some food to those super cute animals🌰😊

Going through your closet I saw you were looking to earn money for vet bills in December. Is your baby okay. If you live anywhere near Virginia, I could recommend a vet in Richmond that does expensive surgery for never more than $1000. A vet bill that cost me $3500 another time cost me $800 with 2 antibiotics and a week's worth of pain meds. Let me know if you want more info. People drive far to save thousands. Worth the cost of gas and hotel.

Amore is doing great after surgery, he was diagnosed with no aggressive cancer in he's right ear, but the second biopsy said the cancer was remove 😊😃 but I'll need to take him to the vet again to see if he's kidneys are fine after all the medication after surgery. Thank you very much for the super helpful info. Amore is a senior and I have to be ready for any Oder "health surprise" I live in Alexandria Va. 💐🌺
