kareynascloset Hello Emily! I will be sending out the wedding bag you ordered to you tomorrow. I also accidentally got another person's address label mixed up with yours. It is too late to change it as it has already been shipped. I still have your bag here and was going to mail it tomorrow and I made sure the label was correct. Would you please not accept and return that back to me? I need to get it to that customer as soon as possible.

kareynascloset I had to continue: I did let that customer know. It is in a reused Amazon box. I apologize for the mixup and for any inconvenience this may cause you. I have never had this happen until now. Thank you!! I will pay the postage or however returns work with Poshmark.

kareynascloset Hello Emily! Do you know what the status of the case in review is in regards to the purse? I sent your wedding purse out, but I am not sure if I was supposed to use the address label to send it to you but I was trying to do the right thing. I will keep you posted. Let me know if that other package is on its way or if you are waiting for some word from Poshmark. I swear I will NEVER let this happen again. I was in a hurry when I did this. Sheesh!

kareynascloset Still nothing but they sent me a notice about this bag not being sent and I sent them an inquiry as to why I have not sent the bag yet. Could you just send it back to me? I will reimburse you for the postage. Thank you! Unless I hear back soon and you get a label from them today. I will let you know what I hear back. SO DUMB! I can't believe they are lacking on this! Maybe I just need to cancel this order? Then you can list it and I can buy it back from you? I don't know......
