alexabsanford hey! you bought the black velvet shoes from me and I'm having issues getting a mailing label. it seems I had an old posh account and somehow I got linked up with it when I listed my items. however, the email attached to the old account no longer exists so I cannot verify my address change. I've reached out to support numerous times over the past 2 days and they are of no help. I'm going to have to start over. if you're still interested, I can follow you when I get up and running again.
