ashtnleigh Hi, Emily. I ordered the bag for the purpose of traveling for the holidays and this predicament puts me in a bind to where as I’m unsure if I’ll be able to find a replacement in the time that I need. Would you be willing to accept $20 for the bag and request the remaining be credited back to me since the bag description was not accurate? If this is not possible I will commence with the return but I would like to exhaust this option. Thank you!
