chelsali I am very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with the Marc Jacobs dress. This item belonged to my cousin. I looked the item over and it seemed to be in good condition but should have tried it on to check. Also I surprise every customer with a gift. I wish you had taken advantage of the 3 day refund policy. Maybe there is a way through Poshmark that I can refund you and you can keep the dress. I won’t sell any but my own items in the future. My apologies.

es12345 @chelsali thanks for your reply. I actually have been in touch with Poshmark and they’ve been very unhelpful; the button to return an item disappeared for me on Tuesday morning, and they’ve been unresponsive and then unhelpful in responding to emails I’ve sent to their general contact address. The problem is that USPS delivery failed 2 Friday’s ago—not sure why, because I have an attended mail room in my building—and it ended up being delivered Saturday afternoon.

es12345 @chelsali The 72 hour policy must have kicked off at the time of the attempted delivery. Thank you for the nice note and makeup; this is just a dress I actually used to own in a different size and donated a few years ago, and happen to be familiar with where the bows and buttons are supposed to be.

chelsali @es12345 I’m very surprised about the bows missing. To me it seemed like they were just on the bottom of the dress but sounds like they were supposed to be somewhere else too? Also is there a way to send me your contact info so I can refund you? Again I am only selling my own items in the future and made a big mistake this time.
