emilyarrgh @sophiesue516 hi! I haven't had this happen before so I'm confused as to what I need to do. The only item there was an issue with was the beret, so do I only ship them back? Or do I return everything since it was all purchased together?

sophiesue516 @emilyarrgh I have to be honest, Emily. I have never had it happen either. If you want to keep everything except the beret, I guess we could figure out how much that would cost and I'll send you a money order for that amount. Have you informed Poshmark that the dispute only involves one item so that they only deduct that cost. Joan

emilyarrgh @sophiesue516 yes I was clear in my report it was only the one item. I just got an email from them that all items must be returned for them to process the transaction. Oh well.

sophiesue516 @emilyarrgh to be honest, Emily, I have no problem with you keeping the items you want and donating the beret to Goodwill. I can reimburse you for its cost. As I mentioned, there was no written procedure about case reviews so I'm just flying blind.. I wish they would give more guidelines. Joan
