lori_popp Hey Emily, Thank you for purchasing my Sam Edelman Sandals a few moments ago. As I was packaging the sandals to get them ready to ship to you, I noticed that the heels of both sandals are lifting from the base. Therefore, i don’t feel good about selling them to you. Please cancel the sale on your end as I am not sure how to do that yet. I’m sorry about this but I don’t think that hat you would be happy with them.

lori_popp @encilek11 I’m not sure. Totally didn’t see the issue when I bought them at a consignment store. I can send them to you and you can see what you think and if you don’t like them, either send them back or just keep them and I will issue a refund. Sound good?
