ealtmanbklyn @sophhill96 Hi! Unfortunately I shipped the boots immediately! So they were already on your way to you by the time I got that. I dropped them off and it took a few hours to scan I guess but it started to track middle of the night. Sorry! Oh one other thing! I realize I might have left an insole in one boot! Totally removable, I might have just left it in there, you can of course get rid of it :)
