poshsweetly Hi, I received your rating. I didn’t catch any issue with them when I checked, so sorry I missed that! I know you’ve already accepted but if you want to open a return case with Poshmark I will gladly accept a return. I would never want an unhappy buyer! Maybe you can email them and ask them for an exception since seller has agreed to accept a return?

poshsweetly I’m not sure why you updated your rating to a 1-star after I reached out and offered to accept a return. That wasn’t the response I expected for sure. As I said, I want every buyer to be thrilled with their purchase, so if I missed a flaw, I wanted to try and make it right. Im sorry if I offended you. I will wait to hear from the support team.
