Hi there! I believe you recently ordered a coat, and our shipments were mixed up by the seller. I’m waiting to hear back from Poshmark on what steps to take next. I’m not comfortable going off the app to resolve the issue. Also, I scanned the QR code of your coat on Monclers site, and it is a counterfeit coat.
