newandvintluxe Hi! I shipped 7 days ago the Born Crown brown in size 12 that you bought from me. And got a notification from usps that they are available for pickup since march 29 at 12:53pm. I would like to know if you recieved them or should I contact usps to re send them. They are really nice boot and I hope you like them 😉💖 please let me know if you were able to get them. ryev95002017 @newandvintluxe Hello I had a yellow slip in my box Saturday afternoon & not there Friday morning. Today I was told there is nothing there , I asked how long they hold items and they said weeks and they give notice. Clearly something is wrong . If it was the boots which I believe it must have been they held them for a mere 2 business days & there are very large boxes Keyes r left in po box . Did you receive them back perhaps ?

newandvintluxe @ryev95002017 hi! Thanks for the update. That's worrisome! There must be an error from usps, first time this has ever happened. I will have to contact them tomorrow since right now they're closed, I'll check where I put the usps receipt since I usually throw them away after a week. I took a screenshot of the tracking that says they were available for pickup on march 29 12:53pm at the address that was on the label, so I will proceed to make a claim of the package or at least know what happened.

newandvintluxe @ryev95002017 hopefully they have an answer for me, to return the package and I can resend you the boots, or something else. Worst case scenario the package got lost, I will request from Poshmark that they refund you! I'm so sorry I really hope this can be fixed tomorrow and you get the awesome boots, first time this ever happened to me! I'm puzzled 😔

newandvintluxe @ryev95002017 hi, I just found the receipt from usps, package dropped on march 27 10:27am. It was packaged in a big priority mail box. I will go tomorrow first thing in the morning to the office I dropped it at to figure out what happened and will keep u posted asap!

newandvintluxe @ryev95002017 hi! Just returned from the post office, they reinforced the information that the package was delivered available for pickup. They printed for me the info, I would like to send it to you or post it on posh but don't want to show publicly your address. It says event code 14 scanned in route 2065P002.

newandvintluxe @ryev95002017 They say if your pickup mail office is big it might be mislabeled, but if you bring the orange slip they will be able to find it. If not I guess we can contact Poshmark for you to get a refund or other solution. Please let me know, I really want you to get these awesome boots 😉💖 have a great day!
