Hi there. I'm sorry you are not happy with your boots. I would have happily accepted them back! They were new, as explained in the listing... they were a gift (by request) from the Frye company for modeling their boots, but that style was too tight on my feet. I tried them on for about 10 minutes... but they were just too small for me. The type of leather is "mildly distressed," and may look slightly worn, but I can assure you that they are new, have not been worn, just tried on once.
