steffi3tmc @emilypayne13 hi Emily, I hate this but I am having trouble locating that shirt. I know it's in my house at least I'm pretty sure of that. I have found my blue one and my white one but I can't find the gray: the one that you put an offer on. You will be the first to know when I have my hands on it. I usually keep all my Free People together... I feel like I will find out as soon as I write this message. But I don't like to respond to people until I actually have something in my hands

trevaghattas Hi! I’m so sorry I sent you the wrong boots!!! This has never happened to me before. Do you still want the correct boots? I emailed Poshmark to see if they’ll send me another label so I can send them off to you.

emilypayne13 @trevaghattas yes!! I would love the correct boots. It happens! I can also work to clear this up with poshmark and let them know you’ve messaged them to get this sorted. They sent me a return label, but I haven’t sent them off because I was hoping you’d offer to send the RSVP ones and that we could get it figure it out before I return them and the case closes. Thank you!! Let me know what else I should do.

trevaghattas @emilypayne13 so I emailed them & they said once you return the incorrect boots, you’ll get a credit. They also said that if you want the correct boots you need to purchase them again. And just so you know, I confirmed that they’re still in my closet 🤣. I’ll prep them for shipping and box them up now so they’re ready to go once I get the new shipping label. Thanks for your understanding!!

emilypayne13 @trevaghattas yes I totally understand. Just frustrated they can’t do a direct switch (not your fault). I’m currently waiting on a couple of returns/refunds now and hate to continue dropping $$ out of my account. I want to make sure they’ll put the $$ back on my card and not just sit on poshmark credit. If not, I’ll wait until they’ve been returned and I’ve been credited to my poshmark account, so pls hold onto them for me as I work through this process.
