pizzadreams @41385 an *additional update*: I contacted USPS directly, and they informed me that you can sign up for mobile updates on real time if you go online with the tracking number. Otherwise, the update I can confirm is that "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility."👇👇👇

41385 @pizzadreams hey thank you so much for going above and beyond! I definitely don’t think the delay had anything to do with you, I’ve just never seen this type of delay before, where it just keeps repeating “item is in transit to its next destination.” It’s like the label got torn or something and they’re unable to scan it. I don’t need it in any sort of hurry, just hoping it finds its way here before too long. Thank you again!

pizzadreams @41385 I contacted Poshmark yesterday seeing if anything could be done from their end or compensation to you as the customer. I received an automated message that they will respond soon, but are delayed because of the holidays. I will keep you posted, but I imagine that Poshmark will contact you directly as well.

pizzadreams @41385 ^ contacted USPS again. No updates or progress, so I put in a request for an investigation. Between USPS AND Poshmark investigating, I hope this gets resolved. Again, my apologies that this is happening :( last year around this time I had a package go missing that I was expecting. It never arrived and the contents never retrieved. Fingers crossed we have a different conclusion here!

pizzadreams Unfortunately, we have to wait until the 30th before Poshmark takes further action...so we will have to wait and see. But as I said, I also put in an investigation request with USPS directly, so fingers crossed that it arrives soon.

pizzadreams @41385 What a headache! USPS has no update for me (what a waste of calling and waiting 35 minutes on hold)! USPS has re-escalated the case and I should be contacted back by December 4th, but either way...Poshmark has informed me to recontact them after the 30th if you haven't received your package by then, so I'll put in a request tomorrow with Poshmark to resolve the situation since both of us are at a loss here :(I'm assuming Poshmark will be writing you too after my request).

I’m out of town currently still but I’ve been in contact with my upstairs neighbor who says she hasn’t collected any pkgs for me since I’ve been gone. Let me know what you find out and I’ll let you know if Poshmark contacts me too.

pizzadreams @41385 the usps tracking says it's still delayed but Poshmark marked it "Delivered." I'm wondering if someone in customer care marked it while reviewing the case? Did you receive a refund by chance? I HOPE it's delivered....but I'm not confident now 🤞🏽

41385 @pizzadreams Nothing yet. When I got your last update I was dismayed as well. I don’t understand how poshmark can say it’s delivered when Usps still says pending or whatever? You have done more than enough here I’m going to contact them directly later tonight, this is so frustrating. Luckily I have so much holiday stuff, travel and work to do it’s been distracting me but this is ridiculous. I’ll keep you posted.
