zoeyyyd Hey thanks for purchasing the handbag. However I saw you said that the item is damaged and not as described. I don't know how come it could be that way because as you can see in the pictures i uploaded in the listing, it is in excellent condition and definitely is not in the condition that you reported. The entire time from I took those pictures till I shipped that bag to you, the bag remains the exactly same condition.

We were out of town for the Easter holiday when I first received the order on Friday afternoon, and our week started with a literal bang and a trip to the ER with my 7-month-old on Monday. lilyandeli Hi! You bought the Orla bags from me. I was a little concerned about the tracking as it never showed up on my email. I did track from my receipt from the post office on the USPO website and it says it’s out for delivery today!!! Yippee!!! This has never happened to me. Hopefully the tracking showed up on your end.
