conticm Here is the process for receiving the wrong item, you can return it back. Again, I am sorry. It was an honest mistake as you can see I've sold many items and don't have any negative feedback.

conticm If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report their problem to us within 3 days of delivery through the app or on the web. When a case is opened, the buyer is asked to upload photos and offer details of the item. If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer them a full refund.

bridgetann1971 @etressler Hi, I'm the one that you bought the Anastasia palette from. I check all my makeup before I ship. The palette was perfect. I Buble wrapped it 3 times, so there's no way that 5/6 colors were smashed. Plus I gave you a $10.00 discount. If your that unhappy then send it back it me the way it was packaged.

bridgetann1971 @etressler Hi Emily, I would like for you to send me pics of the smashed Anastasia Moon Child Palette. You gave me a 2 star rating for description and shipping which you edited 3 times. There was nothing wrong with the description or the packaging. I wrapped the item 3 times in Buble wrap like I do all of my other makeup and never had a problem. So PLEASE SEND ME PICTURES OF THE SMASHED ITEM THAT YOU SAID THAT YOU RECEIVED FROM ME. Thank you.

bridgetann1971 @etressler Just add it as a new item to your closet. On the top line put not for sale. Then when you put in a price Put o for both prices. Then add it to your closet. Once you add it Goes into the comments and put @bridgetann1971 .
