My item was failed to deliver due to a remaining balance of 19.50 shipping. I paid shipping. I don’t understand why I was charged a fee plus shipping and the USPS says I still owe shipping

@smalltowngirl16 That’s very weird — I’m sorry! I sent it with the label emailed to me, in a flat-rate USPS box; and I know that it was less than 5 lbs. I’ll call costumer service to see what happened.

I received a call from the post office stating they can not deliver due to unpaid shipping. I was informed that I could pay the $19.34 in fees or my item would be sent back. My daughter wanted this bag for a trip

@smalltowngirl16 customer service says they will contact me in the next 24 hours. Otherwise you can give me the number of your post office and I will call to pay the difference. Again, I’m sorry!! I hope she has a good time on the trip.

@smalltowngirl16 Looks like I mistook an "express flat-rate" box for a flat-rate box, hence the extra fee. I'll call that number to see if I can settle it over the phone, and if they need you to do it in the end we can coordinate over email so I can repay you.
