emilybring I havnt heard anything from the buyer yet! I did message her too! This is such a mystery! I know I shipped four boxes that day and 3 tracked! The box the keens were supposed to be in never tracked and says never shipped! Did your box look like it had been opened and resealed!?

lynnwhipple22 Hi I’m not covering up anything! I always add a fabric softener sheet to my packaging. I’m sorry you didn’t like It. Most people love It. Those joggers are like brand new , my son only wore them a couple times and outgrew then. They are in great condition and i feel you are being quite harsh. I do my best to provide excellent items that are exactly as described in my listings. You can wash the item and you will not smell the fabric softener sheet. Should be 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
