emilysvillage @ashleyalynn26 oh I’m so sorry to hear about your dog 😢 Just received the suits today and unfortunately there is a seam ripped in the one piece and the dark teal bottoms are WAY too cheeky for me. I didn’t realize it was a tanga cut. Can I send these back to you and exchange?

beach_styles Oh my goodness! I am so sorry about the one piece! I feel so terrible I had no idea! I check everything so well to make sure there are no flaws when I purchase and send out I can’t believe I missed that especially when you were so sweet and kind I would never want to send anything like that to anyone! 😢

beach_styles OK, there’s two ways to handle this, I have another one here of the one piece that I will thoroughly inspect, you can send me that item, and I can send it back to you or the other option is a little bit more complicated, you need to file a case with posh provide multiple pictures wait for their response and if they approve you need to ship back the entire purchase not just the one item unfortunately.

beach_styles Sorry it wouldn’t let me send everything at once. OK the next step would be, as soon as I would receive the item I would look it over to make sure it hasn’t been worn or damaged, not saying that it would be😊 then I have a choice to approve the return once I do that then you can re-order if you’d like, again I’m so sorry I have never ever sent anything that was damaged😬

emilysvillage @beach_styles No worries at all. I own a boutique and totally understand. I can send the one piece and the tanga bottoms back to you today! I’d rather not go through Poshmark if we dont have to. Once you look them over, can we just do a straight exchange for a few other options? I’ve been “liking” some additional pieces 🥰 and I’m not super crazy about the way the one piece fits (so bummed!!! I get some major under-boobage in it 😳)

beach_styles I found our conversation, I did not agree to this exchange I was still deciding when I said I was going to church and then I checked with you to make sure that was OK..and from there the misunderstanding! I was fine with the two bottoms but then it went to an expensive item and now another pair of bottoms and I really just don’t have the time to keep going back-and-forth I have 20+ orders, questions a family of six I hope you understand I’m just sticking with my original plan for this exchange..
