graceb4d Hi. I hope this message finds you doing well. POSHMARK messaged me that they reminded you to ship the item. I've never seen that happen before so I got concerned. Will you be shipping the item? You see I have waited on it items before only to find out that they we're not going to be shipped for whatever reason. I while waiting I missed precious time I could have used to give the item elsewhere. thank you Donna

emmathyjames27 @spcdau I am so sorry about this, I did not know/realize they are prescription. If you are not happy and want to return them please do not accept them and send them back. I have never had this issue before so am not sure exactly how it works but will do whatever we need to and take care of it. Thank you and again I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

spcdau @emmathyjames27 i will be happy if you can make partial refund at 20, because i have to change new lens for them, it'll cost around 40. I don't want waste your time by returning your sunglasses.

emmathyjames27 @spcdau I would be willing to do that but I don’t think Poshmark will let me give any kind of a refund after the sale is made and shipped/arrived. I think the only options are you accept them as is or don’t accept them, send them back and I can relist them (if Poshmark lets me) at the discounted price and you could rebuy them at that price?
