stitchwitch13 @manda_r87 I thought they reissued the shipping label? The funds have come out of my account already, I have concerns in redoing the transaction unless it has been refunded.

stitchwitch13 @manda_r87 I am willing to ship the wallet back without a shipping label from them if that is what you are more concerned about. I am having trouble understanding how they haven’t been helpful is they reissued a label? They said they would send me a return label once the correct item was received.

manda_r87 @stitchwitch13 i contacted them on April 17th to remedy the situation quicker - its just taken longer than i had liked to get it settled. you are more than welcome to keep the passport wallet or resell it - that buyer cancelled because i couldnt get it back and shipped sooner. thank you :) i hope you love these birds!
