jenniferthuet Go to my closet follow me then click on where it says my “followers” then follow all of the people in that list it will take abt ten minutes since almost all of them will have blue follow buttons because you are new but trust me a lot will follow back right away and the rest eventually Posh lists active poshers and people more likely to generate sales they won’t list all 45k of my followers

jenniferthuet Second taking good photos of your items is key get good lighting your best picture should be first and then if you have room use it as your last picture as well before they scroll to the description. Refrain from using words like “leather like”... no offense I am here to help but “Faux leather” sounds better meaning not real but like you say leather like. Or PU leather if it has a tag on it look at the material and if it says polyurethane leather then write PU leather.

jenniferthuet What else. Do that follow thing a few times a week your goal is to have at least 30 listings and get to 10k followers as fast as you can the more followers you have the more sales you will make. The more items you have the more sales you will make. Play around with prices. I lower my prices like on fridays when people get paid bc I’m poor I’m sick and can’t work and have an 11 yo son and I’m a single mom. We live off of $715.40/mo so Posh money really helps out

jenniferthuet My 11yo son is my “Poshmark Gifts Coordinator” I started selling in late June and I don’t really have that many name brand high end things and the ones I do have were given to me by family members for me to sell and keep the money bc they are all successful and well off and they know j can’t work and I’m poor and need the extra money esp because my son just started puberty last year and he’s sprouting so fast!!!! I have to constantly budget out money for new shoes for him

jenniferthuet His dad is 6’5” I’m five foot nothing. I let him pick out his own shoes under $100 for the school year.... and he’s already on his third pair. He grew out of the Jordan’s he picked out in Late October and I bought them a size too big and at the end of August a month ago we had the same size feet big Kids boys 4.5 he skipped size 5 and went straight to a 6 I had a pair of DCs too big for me big Kids 6 so I gave him those and now he’s in 7’s 😭

jenniferthuet So in order for me to benefit quickly from my sales I have to keep my prices down. Even on the high end Authentic Items my well of family gives me. The shipping kills me on here so I offer a deal where if people bundle 3 items over $25 I will pay for shipping. And take a little extra off if they bundle a lot of moneys worth on here.

jenniferthuet The most expensive thing I have sold on here was my brothers gently worn Louis Vuitton $900 Belt I kept having to drop the price on. I started at $500 then kept dropping and stayed at $200 for a few months then the week I dropped it to $185 it sold. So you just have to adjust prices. If items are used and have wear to them price them much lower than if they were gently used so they sell.

jenniferthuet Some items just don’t sell at all and that’s ok. If something doesn’t sell for a while and because I give a few brand new gifts with every purchase worth well over $25 total I don’t price anything lower than like $6 because I need to make something. But sometimes there are times where I take small losses but that’s ok I still gift everyone the same way.

jenniferthuet Because my son is a libra and likes to be fair and give gifts that match libra is the scales Haha he’s been dressing himself since before he turned 2 matching his own clothes. He is awesome was Home with me all last week actually had to take him to Boston Children’s Hosp bc he was soooo sick he couldn’t keep ANYTHING not even water down. He didn’t recognize his own dog.

jenniferthuet And saying weird things that didn’t make sense bc his fever was so high the doc said that isn’t anything to worrry about but he’s fine now getting him up for school at 7:30 or gonna find him on his tablet when I go into his room! Kids and technology! TG my dad buys him all his devices. He gets an allowance from my dad every week too bc I can’t afford to give him one...

jenniferthuet So you have a great start to your closet!! Keep adding more items when you can and you will make that first sale just take my advice and follow my followers a lot will follow back and most all of them eventually will follow back but that’s the fastest way to get followers is to follow people and they follow you back. I can share some of your items when you list them just ask me to and I’m sure by me sharing all of your items in your closet you already have more followers!

jenniferthuet Lmk if you have any questions. Like I said I can’t work but I do volunteer helping a close family elderly friend out. Today I take her for pretesting for her surgery tomorrow. Tomorrow I take her to surgery she’s having her tonsils out. And staying a night in the hosp. Then I pick her up from surgery on Thursday and she asked me to stay with her for a couple nights. Like I did when she had her gallbladder out. And I said I already planned on it made arrangements for my son my dads taking him.

jenniferthuet I have a huge heart I love to help people I love to welcome new people even in school growing up I would always welcome the new kid. And in high school I welcomed a new kid and the. He went off to be a real estate agent and my brother chose him as his real estate agent when selling his house bc he told him that I was the first person to ever say anything to him when he changed high schools to my high school and I was super nice to him

jenniferthuet my bro chose him because he spoke really nice things about me. And he ended up selling my brothers house for 150k more than his asking price was. So it pays to pay it forward. And since I can’t work and my last job I worked my last day was the day before I had my son at 21. I helped elderly people at an assisted living facility working under a nurse administering meds. Time to wake my boy!!! Please feel free to ask questions if u have them!!!

Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet 😮. And when you share other Poshers items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. And sharing back is good Posh etiquette. 😊
