abhigou Seems like u didn’t read my review completely. I was OUT OF STATION when this bag was delivered & by the time I opened the box, the time frame to dispute was GONE. I am VERY WELL AWARE that most of the bags on POSH r USED, and this was also used. But the bag was NOT AT ALL as it was described. Even after asking clearly about any damages or stains in private conversation, u failed to disclose about the truth.
