wickedclassy @bbdollz I think it means your address or apt number. I've had issues myself with usps delivering to me in the past. They'll use some BS excuse because they forgot the package on the truck or wanted to end their day early. For example "no secure location." Yet there were 10 empty parcel lockers lol it'll probably be delivered tomorrow. Keep me posted. 💗

After I accepted the ridiculously low offer I checked out one of the individuals closest and photo and realized this person wasn’t going to fit into any of the items I sold, so I kept an eye out and sure enough, they’re selling every item for 5 times the amount I sold them for. I commented on each listing and it’s been removed: this persons excuse was, they didn’t fit (I always have precise measurements

I understand that people sell on other sites, Hell I do too but I wouldn’t even think of selling something I got on here then listing it for an insane amount of money the day it was delivered. And don’t use the “offer to Likers” EVER. Every one knows by now that the 1st offer is not the last. They force us to keep lowering to a ridiculous low price. Basically giving it away. These features make the company money while forcing us to make peanuts. Every feature is catered to “dropping OUR prices”.

I’m so disheartened with this site..I have fair prices and I’ve foolishly accepted low offers thinking I’ll make a slight profit but with all these fees I generally end up either breaking even or it costs me! Usually the ones I do that to don’t even accept their purchase, so I’m sitting here thinking “damn I got fooled again”

Vintage is one of a kind, unique, and hard to come by, I’ve recently started selling on Etsy where you get the money upfront and a larger market for vintage. I guess Poshmark is more interactive, therefore more traffic with potential buyers but I’ve been selling for way too low and feels like I’m getting taken advantage of

bobby1018 @bbdollz Unfortunately, a lot lack respect. Just beware. I had a seller re-Listing my items from my 5/$20 for crazy prices. So she Bundled another 5 and I declined. She asked me why and I told her exactly why. So she goes back to a prior review and edits it from a 5star to a 1star. I told Posh about it. Basically, they can go back a year from now and re rate you if they don’t get their way. It didn’t lower my ratings, but now I’m on guard of everyone. And it shouldn’t be that way.

bbdollz @shopping214 I’ve recently found a few cool vintage warehouses (just moved to a new city) and so many of my favorites are in storage at my parents out of state 😩 I’ve found when you make a good connection with the owners they’ll help you with prices, so I’ll go there looking for pieces I know others would love and try my hardest not to keep anything for myself lol

bobby1018 Oh wow. As I was browsing I came across the Chic that was reselling my stuff @Eweid. I came across some comments and realized from our chats that it’s the same seller. Trust me, she knew before she bought those that they wouldn’t fit her. Was the 70s bag the gift to her that’s she’s reselling for $55.? bbdollz @bobby1018 oh she totally knew, I was dumb for selling to her but truly thought it was genuine UNTIL I went to her page and was like “omg she’s gonna resell!” Just by her pic. I sold her two Deadstock tops, a Deadstock two piece set and that bag and a set of vintage jewelry for like $45 and threw in some jewelry because I’m too nice lol and literally the next day before she even accepted the package, was reselling everything! I’m still sore over it, so I refuse to go to her closet.

bobby1018 @bbdollz Anyways. If you’re ever up toward the Youngstown area let me know. I can direct you to so many places selling second hand vintage for seriously a $1 a top or $2 an outfit. I take my nieces or out of town friends all the time. I have so much to get rid of or I’d buy more. Though I will grab something at those places from time to time. But it’s usually decor for my home. They are definitely worth the drive. Especially when the weather clears up.

But I can literally spend hours in this one place. It’s jammed packed with stuff. You’ll be in awe. Especially when you see the price on the tag. I honestly don’t think people even know about these places. But most go in looking for Express or Mall shit. That stuff does nothing for me. Vintage makes me Happy. 😊
