hallieharris676 @ejbeanland im sorry to hear the packaging ripped! It was a brand new envelope from usps. Next time I will be sure to use a box, that certainly should not have happened.

ejbeanland @hallieharris676 it's ok. I found those priority mail envelopes that are very light weight and the glue is incredible! I still tape everything for my piece of mind. 😊

ejbeanland @sabrescia I looked on my app and the tracking information is gone. I assume once an item is delivered it is deleted for your safety. I think you can report this to poshmark and they can look into where it was delivered. I'm really sorry that you don't have it. When you rated this purchase, I thought it took a few extra days to get there.

ejbeanland @sabrescia I have emailed Poshmark about the non delivery. They should respond in 24 hrs. Not sure how to upload a screenshot of my delivery message but I will be happy to do so. Any suggestions

ejbeanland @sabrescia if I remember correctly, it was a regular tan cardboard box, larger than the purse but not overly large. I always tape all of the seams and completely cover the mailing label with tape as well.
