bridgetknopick Hi Emily. You bought the sweatshirt and pack from me. I was told the pack was NWOT when I acquired it. I didn’t notice til packing it up but I believe it was gently used. Still in great shape, but my cell number is in package. I never have issues with my items but I really “lucked” out with your order. One of the plastic ends of the hoodie drawstring cracked in the wash. 😩I will refund you fully for your order or a send you a discount. So very sorry. Please text my cell # your thoughts. 🙏🏻❤️

avagi Hi there! Thank you for purchasing my girls Patagonia jacket. As I was preparing it to be shipped I looked over the zipper again. It zips up but I’m worried it’s going to split open once zipped. Is there anything else in my closet you had your eye on?
