Hi Emly, these boots are so comfortable. The zippers work fine. I just crawled into bed and from what I remember there are no noticeable scratches or scuff marks. Good morning Emily, I check the brown boots out, And in the fourth picture you’ll see some marks those are the only type of marks and the boots. You would hardly notice them. And On the road right boot I think, I already forgot which boot it was, right at the very tippy tippy toe there’s a little deeper Mark that you can’t even see unless you were looking for it. It wouldn’t keep me from wearing it at all. OK girl, you have a great day! Stephanie

@sehenkel hi Stephanie! The boots finally came in! I'm thinking the weather out here by me had something to do with the delay. There are a couple deeper scuffs on the heels that I didn't see mentioned in the pictures but I will still accept them since you've been so so accommodating! Thank you again so much! 😁
