Hi Emily. I brought the shoes to work with me today to ship. I always want to be sure everything I have is in the condition as advertised. The shoes' soles and inside are great, however the outside of the shoes are cracking. I don't want to sell them to you in this condition. I am going to cancel the order, however, I am going to go ahead and send these to you at my cost for shipping since I have your address. If you don't want them, just toss them or donate them. thanks for understanding. Sam
