lewisia Hi Emily, concerned about my purchase of Sorel Joan of Arctic boots from you on Dec 28. I received notice of delayed shipping on January 3 and no progress or movement in tracking history since then. Can you help or advise? Thanks so much. Jane B

emma1583 @lewisia hi there! I shipped it on 12/28 and I see it left the distribution center 12/30. I have been keeping an eye on movement but since I have no control over the postal service that’s all either of us can do! So frustrating! You can review tracking history in your purchases tab and if you have further questions you can reach out to customer support. So sorry it’s taking the mail so long though!

emma1583 @lewisia hi there. I have been checking each day too. Per Poshmark support, we are still in a holding pattern, ‘given extended delays and increased shipping demands’. You can also contact customer support to see if they give you any additional information. If there was anything I could do, I totally would!

lewisia Hi Emily, I contacted customer service a week ago and they said to wait until the 24th to see if there is new tracking info and there has been none since the 3rd. I contacted them again today but have not heard back. Now what?

emma1583 @lewisia hi there! I have also contacted customer support and believe their plan is to refund your payment as they are considering the boots ‘lost’ by USPS. So sorry for your wait for nothing!!

lewisia Hi Emily, I have received notice of refund from Poshmark and was relieved to learn that you will be compensated for the loss. Thanks for your prompt replies to me and hope this event is a rarity in future experience for both of us! So sorry to miss your lovely boots, though!

lewisia Hi Emma, The long-lost boots arrived today, 3 1/2 months after I ordered them in late December. I never thought I'd see them and am willing to pay, since they are here, but I'd like to renegotiate the price with you. When I attempted to pay via the notice received from PM, the shipping was included and after a 3 + month wait, I don't feel great about paying shipping again. Also, they are a Winter boot and have arrived one week away from the beginning of Spring. Hope you'll adjust new price

lewisia Wow! You are amazing! Thank you so much. I'm kind of without words over this. They are beautiful and fit so well and I will enjoy them long into the future. My old Sorel's are from the mid '90s and that's what I've been wearing all winter when yours never showed up. Thank you again and may blessings abound in your life!
