ritamichael I am so sorry actually. For some reason they thought it was not authentic. It is so interesting for them to think that or how they go about checking the item. This tells me they are unreliable and don’t know what they are doing. I actually bought it from the Hermès store myself in Vegas on may 13. I feel so bad. And I’m really nervous to get them back as I hear that Poshmark sometimes places things inste the box other than the actual item.
