emily_ess @fashiondiva411 actually, the items came, but the white jacket has a button that is about to fall off. It's one of the ones located on the back. I work 13 hour shifts & it's really difficult to send things back. I don't even live where I get my items delivered for safety reasons so it's an added obstacle. Otherwise I loved them.

fashiondiva411 @emily_ess Okay let me go look at my videotape again. I tape the items I ship before sending to ensure the quality. I know the white coat was in amazing condition so very surprised to hear of this. I will recheck the tape now. If there was a problem you have my sincerest apologies. Almost every review I receive is 5 stars so if there was a button about to come off and I’d known about it I would have disclosed it. When you say a button on the back I’m not sure what you mean.

fashiondiva411 @emily_ess Hi Emily. I just reviewed the tape and it’s very strange because all buttons appear intact on both the coat and cardigan. I took a 13 minute long video of all 3 items including packaging. I can’t imagine what could have happened. That’s why I’m wondering which button you’re referring to. If you can clarify that would be great. I inspect everything carefully before shipping so again just very surprised. Very sorry that this was your experience.

fashiondiva411 @emily_ess Sure sweetie. No problem at all. If you click on the “sell” button at the bottom of the app you can upload a photo from your phone. Unfortunately since the package was already accepted we can’t do a return but I can offer you a discount on a future purchase if that’s acceptable to you. I’m definitely curious to see which buttons were an issue because I’m really confused. 😐

I’m almost certain that there is not once funds have been released to the seller but once I receive a response I’ll be sure to follow up with you. emily_ess @fashiondiva411 did you see what I was talking about? Of the four, in the middle, the left button & on the bottom that center button. You can even see where it hangs from the spot it is supposed to be seen to.

fashiondiva411 @emily_ess I’m sorry dear but I’m not sure what you’d like me to do. I really don’t see much of anything except that the threads aren’t going through every hole in the button. I’m not sure how you noticed that but it’s a very very minor detail that I don’t think I would have noticed. I don’t think I can meet your expectations as a seller. If the threads aren't going through 2 of the 4 holes then obviously they aren't secured, in fact defective, & one actually hangs down from where it should be. The other might as well but I haven't opened the package. I am disappointed in your response & have thankfully not experienced that type in my year of purchases. Hopefully I will not again.
