shopbycarter okay i finally got an email back and they said they will take care of this asap, most likely is just a routing mistake. if i don’t get an update by tomorrow i will email them again and their team specifically for shipping will assist me. i’m so sorry about this! wish there was more i could do:(

shopbycarter @emilyjeanlan hey girl! this package was filed as a lost package!😢 it was likely lost by the shipping carrier so poshmark refunded both of us. so sorry about this! hopefully you can find another skirt similar to this. if not check out shein which is wear i got it, they have super cute skirts for cheap! again i’m so sorry, this has never happened to me before😢

nonarojo1995 Hi Emily, so Im having a problem with your item. you changed your shipping address after I had already shipped your item. I was able to get it back, but it still says that your item is shipped and I cannot print out the new label. Im trying to get help through customer service but I have to wait for their response. so just to be really transparent your item is still with me and not on its way.
