chaukette @emilynguyen696 Th medium should be perfect. They do have stretch to them. These are beautiful quality shirts you will love it. Just remember to wash it inside out (to avoid getting any wear on the embroidery) in cold water. It's best with no dryer or just fluff a few minutes on low heat. They can shrink, so keep an eye out for that if you ever purchase a preowned Alp N Rock. I'm shipping it right now, have a great week!
