Have you contacted customer service by pulling up the order and going to Problem / Order Inquiry? I'm not for sure how they usually go about addressing issues like this, but they may be able to just reissue me a new shipping label once your address has been updated in your account

supershalaina Hi Emily, please contact the person you sold the gold sandals. The shoe was broken when you sent it and that is a fraud. You didn’t have that part in the description and I would not have purchased them. You turned off direct messaging so I have to contact you this way.
