sketoes @musiclovingfan1 I just contacted Poshmark support to try to get clarification on how to handle this! Sorry, I’ve never done a return before or made an insurance claim to USPS through Poshmark, so, learning experience. Please keep all the packaging if possible so I can submit a claim. I’m sure I’ll need photos. I appreciate it!
