corriemichelle Hello. Thank you for my order. I am hoping you can help me. I received a candle FROM ANOTHER SELLER that was not clean at the top meaning it looked like there was wax stuck up and down the sides of the glass. It doesn’t seem normal to me. Have you had that happen in your experience or is something wrong with it? I wish I could show the pic but maybe you know what I mean. What are your thoughts?

I know some of the candles from the store do leave residue on the side from when it’s poured but I’m not sure how yours look. So sorry I wish I could be of more help!
