amartin8317 Hi Emily, you recently purchased a pair of loafers from me and after inspecting them closely before shipping I noticed that one of the shoe inserts is damaged. I wouldn’t feel right about selling them to you damaged. Please let me know if there is anything else in my closet that your interested in.
