awthentikluxury Hey Emily, I’m quite surprised at the harsh feedback given there are not only photos of the initials in the listing, but it’s also outlined in the description. It’s quite disingenuous to leave negative feedback citing something that was shown and mentioned. You paid 25% of the original retail price for a beautiful wallet. My average rating is 4.9 and I’m a ‘top-rated’ seller. I ask you reconsider the feedback based on the facts. I would have been happy to exchange as well. Thank you!

awthentikluxury I hope other sellers see this before they decide to do business with you. The photos clearly showed there were initials on the inside flap and description clearly stated such. The wallet was packaged beautifully and shipped within 12 hours. Everything was proper on my end, but it’s apparent you can’t take responsibility for your lack of observation or mistake. Enjoy, but find elsewhere to go in the future. Your lack of ethic is gross.
