@elwinas yes the other buyer received your package today as well. I had my husband help me out because of an appointment and the labels must have ended up on the wrong package. I’m so so sorry for this inconvenience!!!! I’ve never had this issue so I’m not sure how to handle this the other buyer opened a case against my so this may have to happen with you as well so you can get a refund or once I get both packages back I’ll send you the correct package

@emilygripp oh I see. Things happens. I didn’t want to open a case before contacting you. Maybe you can check if the other person is willing to just send sneakers to me and I would sent her purchase to her? Just not sure how this payment processing looks now. Let me know. Thanks!

@elwinas I haven’t heard back from Poshmark so opening the case is fine. Mistakes happen and if they aren’t willing to accept that then I’m ok to just step away from Poshmark. Thank you for understanding and again I’m sorry for the inconvenience
