lee8837 @emyc23 I reached out to Poshmark to raise the mistake and they shared the following: When you received the jeans in the mail, You need to open up a case through the app and then they will help us resolve the mix up. So sorry again- I feel so terrible about my mistake. 😞

emyc23 @lee8837 unfortunately, the pants were auto accepted today at 10:45am before I knew I had to go through with this return process. What can we do? I don’t know how to get ahold of them.

lee8837 @emyc23 Hi again! I reached out to Poshmark on Monday and they told me there is nothing I can do on my end until you open up a case (see above). Once you open up a case then they will help us resolve the mix up. Hopefully you can do this with them today! Sorry again for the mix up! 😃
