@onelovey4lala It's okay. I figured it was just a mix-up. I'm not sure how to file a case, it gave me some sort of option like that the other day, but I wasn't at home at the time and it asked for a picture of the item. Now I dont see that option. It's alright. I'll try and look for that option again.
