countrykk I am following up to find out where my purchase is. It has been 8 days and it still hasn’t been shipped. Please provide at least the courtesy of letting me know when you expect to ship the Kate Spade Mini backpack.

countrykk @eabarbaree -please be courteous enough to let a purchaser know when you are going to be delayed in shipping a purchase. I have past on 3 other possible substitute purchases awaiting the backpack I purchased from you 8 days ago and that you still have not shipped.

eabarbaree @countrykk I’m sorry that it hasn’t started tracking, but I have 100% shipped you order when I said I did. I can call my post office store for you. I would absolutely tell you if I wouldn’t be able to ship it in three days, but I did. I’m sorry this has happened! This has happened before for one of my orders and for something I bought, it didn’t track until the day it was delivered. But I absolutely shipped your order with my post office store.

eabarbaree @countrykk Since this has happened with one of my sales before, I actually have emails for this situation. The day it started tracking, the buyer got it and rated me. I do not know if there’s a way on Poshmark to show pictures but I can definitely show you if there is.

countrykk @eabarbaree Poshmark tells me they don’t have a tracking number and haven’t heard from you. That they have reached out to you twice with no response.

countrykk @eabarbaree Please work this tracking out with Poshmark. Apparently I can’t cancel due to Covid until the 11th day (which is ridiculous they are making up rules and not advising Poshers or purchasers ahead of time) and has caused me to miss another similar purchase.

eabarbaree @countrykk that’s weird, I haven’t gotten anything from Poshmark. I filed a “shipped but not tracking” thing, so hopefully I’ll hear from them. I still have no idea how this happened, since I’m saving up for college, I have no incentive to try to scam you or anything. I genuinely hope it just didn’t track due to some weird fluke and that it’ll show up. I’m sorry for this inconvenience.

eabarbaree @countrykk Hello! I’m just following up. I see your package was delivered at your mailbox at 3:06 pm. This is exactly what I said probably happened (it started tracking the day it was out for delivery). I’m sincerely sorry that the tracking didn’t show up until today, the day it was delivered. Again, I have said this has happened before, but I have no control of USPS’s glitches. Thank you for purchasing!
