momofstyle30 @aurizzo actually on the Poshmark app it says it has been delievered. However, when I search the tracking # it says it has been “forwarded” not sure what that means. Here is the tracking number - 9405511202061867586572

momofstyle30 @aurizzo hi, were you able to rectify this issue? Only reason I am asking is because now the package is re routing and poshmark reached out to me that the package might be returned to me so I don’t know if I will even ever see this package or get the $ released. Let me know 😊

momofstyle30 @aurizzo it is authentic. If you don’t feel it is I will be happy to give you your $ back. I don’t want anyone unhappy. Go thru posh and return it I’m not sure how you would do that. I’m unable to see the listing for some reason I’m guessing you reported it so they took it down? But go through posh and I will be more than happy to refund your $!

momofstyle30 @aurizzo when I go click my sales I see the scarf but when I try to open it to report an issue for you, it says that it’s been taken down.. assumed you reported it. If you contact poshmark support about the issue they will process the return for you and i will be more than happy to give you a full refund.

momofstyle30 @aurizzo you have to go through poshmark support. They will direct you how to go about a return, send you a label, refund you your full amount as I didn’t Receive the amount you spent, etc.

aurizzo Unfortunately, this is what I get when I try to make return: Poshmark will help resolve problems if the order you received is not as described. However, if you have accepted the order or not reported the problems within 72 hours of receiving the order - the payment is released to the seller and the sale is considered final and completed.

momofstyle30 @aurizzo that’s why I suggested you can contact poshmark support. Email them explaining the issue and mention the seller is more than willing to proceed with the return. They will get back to you on the next appropriate steps.

momofstyle30 @aurizzo what you are doing is opening up a return claim, since the window has closed you will have to contact poshmark support from your menu and email them regarding the issue. They will work with you as will I. Thanks!
