annasposhalley hi emily, yes buyer pays shipping, but we as sellers can offer free shipping & discounted shipping and we pay that portion. and yes posh will email you a shipping label either way when u swll something. print, pack n ship. u can get free priority packing boxes & envelopes thru usps dot com delivered to ur house too @lepineapplegirl

kacy030 @lepineapplegirl the waistband is pretty stretchy, to me they fit like a Small, (waist) i feel they were too baggy on my legs though, but I have short twiggy ones so :/ hah
