kab_apparel Emily I’m very sorry that the shoes didn’t work for you. I have no control over the size marking of the shoes. I only record what’s on the shoes. As far as the rating for the shipping time, you said they were shipped quickly. I don’t understand the low rating on my part. I did everything the way it should have been done. Perhaps BooHoo should describe there items better. Sorry you were disappointed!☹️
