becca9119 I'm so sorry the label go mixed up on your ultimate cowl neck sweater with another buyers. Your sweater is on its way back if you still want it. I completely understand if you no longer want to do business with me. I just wanted to let you know to do a return to sender on the package coming to you. I've already contacted poshmark about the mix up so if you just want a refund it'll happen faster for you.

emilyperdue8 I've made two separate trips to ship this shirt. the USPS couldn't print a label and in there is only one other place I can have a label printed and their internet was down the day I went. I try to make as few trips due to the pandemic, I'm high risk and so are SEVERAL members of my family. I'll ship the item back as soon as I can. I do apologize for the delay but because of covid I'm doing things the best way that I can for my safety and the safety of others.
