Hi, just wanted to reach out since I saw you switched your rating from 5 stars to 1, stating the “size is incorrect”. The item is listed, tagged and pictures as the correct size of 18-24 months. Can you elaborate on the sizing issue, otherwise your review is fraudulent.

@offbeatdoll Yes sorry! So on the listing it said the size was 18-24M but there's absolutely no way that's correct. My son wears a size 18-24M and these shorts are down to his feet and pool on the floor! I thought I purchased the wrong size so I accepted the order and was going to try resell them. .

Later I checked to be sure that I ordered a 18-24M size the tag says 24 but it must be a boys waist size 24, after a Google search on sizing and ages I found that a 24 waist typically fits a 7 yr old. I didn't think anything of the tag saying 24 bc sometimes stores do that and mean 24M and other times they mean waist size in inches I guess.

If there's any way I could get a picture so you can see a comparison of these Quiksilver board shorts and a 18-24 month pair of shorts I will gladly show you! I don't mean that in a mean or rude way at all. Its just a total mishap and they happen!

@emhyrkas3 I totally get where you’re coming from, however per Poshmark rules, if the sizing doesn’t work out that’s not my fault either as the seller and it is wrong to give me a one star review, as everything was listed correctly. A one star review implies that I wronged you as a seller and not that the sizing just didn’t work.

@offbeatdoll but it wasn't listed correctly. you had the size as 18-24 months and that's correct. the waist length laying flat on 18-24Month shorts is 9 inches. these shorts I ordered from you are 13 inches.

the hip to knee length on 18-24 month is 9inched about. these shorts are 17inches from hip to knee. that's not correct on the 18-24 month sizing on your listing.

@offbeatdoll I'm not making things up. I'm pointing out you had the size wrong by giving you real measurements of both sizes. I am using a pair of 18-24 months shorts from old navy. and the shorts I ordered from you. the measurements state that you had the wrong size on the listing. there's absolutely no way a child who wears 18-24 month fits in these shorts

@emhyrkas3 you are. I have not length listed. The item is as described, as tagged and as pictured. You are lying by saying I gave a measurement (I did not) and that that that the non-existant measurement you’re referencing is wrong. That’s two kids in the same sentence.

I myself measured a pair he can wear right now and the ones I bought from you that you listed as 18-24 month and they (the shorts from you) are way too big. you put the wrong size in the listing and I'm suppose to give you 5 stars for a false size that I have to save for 7 years so he can wear them?

@emhyrkas3 they are listed as 24m because they’re are labeled as 24m. To list it not as labeled would be fraudulent. They are listed correctly. I’m sorry that you have an issue with how QuickSilvers sizing. Per Poshmark, you gave a fraudulent review b/c the issue you have is w/how the size fits your son (which you have admitted) and not because the item’s size is listed incorrectly. That’s fraudulent on your part. Sizing info was correctly imputed at all levels.

@emhyrkas3 While I’m sorry that you have an issue with how QuickSilver handles sizing kids garments. The size on the label is the size of the garment. It was correctly described, listed in the system, and the size label was clearly pictured. Not only is it against the rules to give a fraudulent review. It’s also rather disheartening considering the clarity of these rules to go out of the way to leave a negative review, admittedly under false pretenses.

@offbeatdoll they are listed as 24 M but the shorts not a size 24Month. I looked on the quiksilver website and the smallest they go is a size 2. the size 24 on the website is a 24/8. you listed them wrong.

@emhyrkas3 if the tag on the garment says 24 months, which it does. As pictured. That means that the size is listed correctly. There no point in going back in forth. You just don’t like how they size things. That’s fair. What’s not fair is lying and saying that they aren’t 24m. They are labeled and listed as such.

@offbeatdoll but I'm not doing that. the tag says 24 no months on the tag and I trusted you as the seller to know that it is a true 18-24 MONTH size. I know the rules of Poshmark. I purchased a pair of shorts because l they are listed as 18-24 month but the item I received is not that size they are just a 24. I'm not leaving a fraudulent review. these shorts are not a size 18-24 month as you listed them.

@emhyrkas3 they are. And everyone can see that if they click on the sold listing in my closet to verify that I’m not a fraudulent seller. You’re upset that quicksilver 24 months isn’t fitting as hoped. That is all. And that is a fraudulent review to say the size was misrepresented.

@emhyrkas3 Several companies don’t put “months” on a lot of months clothing since it’s clearly smaller than a sheet of paper. To try and say that those board shorts are a size 24 is beyond grasping at straws. They were listed correctly. Your review is fraudulent. To say that a “boys 24” even exists is pure gaslighting, especially considering the size of the garment your received. Please motion for a refund so your fraudulent review can be removed. Everything was listed correctly.

@emhyrkas3 I did not say that you did anything. It is also not my error. You just don’t like quicksilver sizing. That is your issue with l... them. Poshmark will ask you to send them the item or for pictures. PLEASE put a ruler or a tape measure in those photos as well as a clear picture of the rage.

If I were to put these on my son it would be his body in one leg hole. these are not listed as the correct size. I already gave you the measurements of this garment from you and sent a picture comparison to Poshmark. It's not a size 18-24M.

@offbeatdoll Idk if you have any children or anything but if you did you wud not list these as 18-24M simply because they are too big to be that size. In previous comments I have the measurements of 18-24M and a boys waist size 24. And you came back saying I was making things up, I was not saying that you had the measurements on the listing I was trying to point out that the shorts were listed as the wrong size.

@emhyrkas3 they are not. Send the pictures to Poshmark when the time comes. I literally do not care about $8 or the shorts. Keep both for all I care. I do care that you are claiming I falsified something. That is a lie. Everything was pictured, described and listed accurately.
