@emilyfrazier885 I wanted to alert you to a listing on @quinn_posh page titled "🕊️🙅🏼♀️🫨DÔEN REPLICAS & Scammers Using my Photos! Be Careful!🙅🏼♀️✌️" where both our profiles are being targeted. She has misused images of your face and is harassing us under false pretenses. This is not only unethical but also illegal, as she does not have the right to use your images this way, especially ironic given her accusations. I encourage you to join me in reporting this abuse.

@cherrycouture Omg she seriously has MAJOR MENTAL PROBLEMS. I couldn’t find a pic of my dress I was traveling so I GOOGLED the name of the dress and her image popped up. I didn’t realize it was an active listing and immediately deleted her pic. Jesus Christ. And it was my first listing you can see in her freaking profile it says “joined March 2024”

Quinn has targeted me over a dress, claiming it’s fake because the tag differs from hers, and inaccurately called her opinion "professional photo authentication," which is clear defamation—she isn't a certified authenticator. It's both absurd and irresponsible.

@emilyfrazier885 This kind of harassment is why I chose to use a pseudonym when I created my account, rather than my full name. Sometimes, you encounter people who are not just disruptive but delusional, convincing themselves they're helping by harassing others. Poshmark generally doesn’t suspend accounts for such actions, but they do act swiftly to remove listings that breach their policies. This usually helps curb such behavior and should ensure your image is removed from her page as well.

Trying to figure out if I can change my username lol. Like my husbands face is zoomed in on her post…

@emilyfrazier885 that’s definitely a tough spot to be in, especially with your personal details being so exposed. Just so you know, you can change your username on Poshmark to help protect your privacy—I just don’t remember exactly where to request it. Quinn and I are both in Colorado, and she's lucky I never shared my full name or image. Because if she did the same thing to me as she did to you, she’d be facing a legal filing in our local court. Actions have serious consequences.

@emilyfrazier885 if she continues to repost after removal, Poshmark may suspend her account for repeated violations. This platform is meant for reselling items, not for misuse like harassment. So try not to worry too much just yet. I expect her listing to be removed within 24 hours, and I've bookmarked it to check later and confirm it's taken down.

@emf755 quick update: After Poshmark initially removed only two of the images, I pushed back and informed them I was prepared to take legal action if the entire listing wasn’t removed. And guess what? They've just taken down the entire listing! It's a relief and a clear win for both of us. Hopefully, this sets a precedent that such behavior won't be tolerated.

Will be keeping a close eye on her account for some time though. She seems unhinged.

@cherrycouture wooo! I also had the idea to order something from her shop(then eventually return) to get her name/address from the shipping label for the intention to send a cease and desist. If she does it again I will actually consider it.

If she crosses the line again, I'll use the purchase information to file a TPO against her in Colorado court, and I won't be returning the item. It's worth the cost to ensure safety. Plus, it’s free to file.
