I leave my 4 ct diamond with them. Only ones I trust. I am truly sorry foe this. Posh has made mistakes before but I understand your concern. Completely. You may return the item if you have inspected by your jewelrer no worries. Or cancel order. Whatever you want to do

They told me I have an option to not "accept "the shipment when it arrives - like with any other order - but I also know I have to physically sign for the delivery - so that seems sketchy to me

eriknkimmy @ebvalentino your correct. Rolex are water resistant. I have owned this watch for about 5 years and works perfectly. I need your email to send you appraisal. I couldn't find mine but not a problem as my jeweler has it in their computer. Lmk what your jeweler says before i jump through hoops to get it to you. Sound good? Also remember you have 7 days to accept this watch. take to your jeweler for a better inspection.Both Posh and myself will return. I want you happy. So does Posh.

You have my word that you may return to me if your appraisal feels it's not a good deal for you. I am happy he is working with you. I remember taking this Rolex to my jeweler so excited (my first) and they were amazed that I paid only 2900. I figure worse case it needs some minor repair and your still way ahead of its true value. I be happy to do it as soon as I return. Your jeweler will eye ball appraisal for more than double what you paid I am sure. The appraisal is absolutely your property and will be sent to you upon my return. Please let me know when your appraiser looks at it. I am appreciate of your updates. 😘 thank you

ebvalentino @eriknkimmy when posh authentication said there was an issue but assured me I would have time to get it in front of my own local jeweler -all the while believing this was a 7 day window - not 3 - so I now own a $1500 paperweight, basically - an authentic rolex that cannot tell time and the most reputable expert in the tristate area will open it up to work on it for fear that it'll stop working completely.

eriknkimmy @ebvalentino sorry for the delay I'm on a business trip with my husband and I just got all these messages I have a couple questions why didn't your jeweler open the Watch?? they need to do that first of all just to authenticate the Rolex is a Rolex and the watch was telling time when I sent it to you you wearing it for days and didnt it tell time before you got it to your jeweler? I am confused at your jeweler he can't identify problems or authenticate without opening up the watch.

ebvalentino @eriknkimmy he was able to authenticate it without opening it that's not what I'm worried about and no it was not telling the correct time before I took it to him which was what I was hoping they could help me with - it's fine it's 100% my fault for believing that all parties were acting in good faith when I was told I had 7 days, that I'd have an appraisal emailed to me, etc.
