@emmasha I've been trying to reach you regarding an accident where I mixed up my labels. You purchased a makeup setting spray and instead got another buyers Marc Jacobs perfume. Ive been in contact with the other buyer who is shipping back your purchase. I opened a case with Poshmark so you could do the same & I could fix my error sending the right items to the right buyers. Im more than happy to offer you free items in return for your cooperation in this. Thank you 😊

@emmasha are you going to respond to my messages?! The other posher returned your actual purchase and would like the perfume I accidentally shipped you! I tried reaching PM customer services & will try again but I was hoping I could sort this out w you since clearly I made a mistake!

@emmasha Poshmark sent you a return label for the item that was accidentally shipped to you. Your setting spray was shipped back to me by an honest posher who hoped you'd do the same. But instead you left me a horrible rating and refuse to return it! Now I'm unable to fix this & ship the correct items to the correct buyers. Which Id intended to do along with a refund for the mix up. You're keeping something you didn't pay for. That's stealing.
